Empowering Educators: Teacher Welfare and Development at MPS International
At MPS International, we believe that the quality of education provided to students is directly linked to the well-being and professional growth of our teachers. We are truly committed to foster a positive and supportive environment that prioritizes teacher welfare and development. By investing in our educators, we ensure that they have the necessary resources, training, and support to excel in their roles, ultimately benefiting our students and the entire school community.
Teacher Welfare Initiatives:
We understand the importance of fair pay for teachers. We offer competitive salary packages of VII pay commission with benefits of HRA, CCA and Provident Fund too, ensuring that our teachers are recognized and valued for their dedication and expertise.
We prioritize the physical and mental well-being of our teachers. By organizing health check up camp, seminars in regular intervals by the nutrition expert and the Dietician, we make sure our educators are healthy and happy. We also organize Blood donation camps and physiotherapy talks in alternate months. Additionally, we offer counseling services through our counselor Dr. Bhoomika Kabra, and promote a healthy work-life balance to support our educators in maintaining their overall well-being.
To recognize the significance of continuous learning and growth for teachers, we often encourage our teachers to attend the workshops organized by CBSE and other training units. We have hosted many training programs on Life Skills, Art Integration and many subject oriented capacity building programmes like Maths & Physics. We make sure that every teacher gets a chance to participate in the workshop and avail the maximum benefit out of it. These initiatives enable our educators to stay abreast of the latest teaching methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
Through Teacher Exchange Program, which we recently had with Lethabile International Primary School, Botswana, Gaborone, we try to foster a culture of collaboration and professional networking. Our teachers actively engage in collaborative learning communities, where they can exchange ideas, share experiences, and support one another.
On every end of the month, We celebrate the accomplishments and dedication of our teachers and the HODs through the meetings. We acknowledge the hard work, creativity, and positive impact of our employees on the Annual Day of the school. These initiatives boost morale, motivate our educators, and create a sense of pride within the teaching community.
We strive to provide teachers with a conducive work environment and adequate resources by organizing picnics and educational trips in intervals.
We recognize that teachers are the heart of our educational community. By prioritizing teacher welfare and development, we create an environment that nurtures their growth, fosters their passion for teaching, and enhances the overall educational experience for our students.
