Our teachers are carefully selected for their academic qualifications and subject knowledge in their respective fields through a well formulated recruitment process. This recruitment process comprises of shortlisting the candidature followed by a written test and subject based interview & demo round. They are checked for their bachelor's or master's degrees in education or relevant subjects, ensuring a strong foundation in their teaching areas. We ensure that all our teachers posses a B.Ed Degree, as per the norms of CBSE.
Considering experience as a vital component of teaching excellence, Our faculty comprises experienced educators who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the classroom. Years of teaching experience have equipped them with a deep understanding of different learning styles and effective instructional strategies.
Keeping in mind over the need of extra beneficiary classes to maintain a balance between school and tuition centre, we have started with the Advancement classes, for the students of VI to VIII through online mode in the evening hours. Not only this, through offline remedial classes as well for weak students, our educators create a safe and encouraging atmosphere where students feel valued and empowered.
Our teachers embrace innovation and incorporate a variety of teaching approach to engage students and enhance their learning experience. This involves explaining concepts through story telling, taking class in the ground area, visiting the labs and libraries or the botanical garden. They utilize modern educational technologies, interactive teaching aids, integrated approach, hands on activities and experiential learning techniques to make lessons dynamic and relevant.
Our commitment to excellence extends beyond the classroom. We encourage and support our teachers' ongoing professional development by the lesson observation under the Head of the Department in every subject department meeting. Through workshops, once in a month training, our educators stay updated on the latest educational research and best practices and deliver the same in the classroom.
